We are not required to exchange nor issue a credit note for change of mind, double up items or wrong choice on your part. However in these circumstances and as a sign of good will we will:

• exchange or issue an in-store credit note provided you return the item to Belly 2 Baby in the original packaging and with your receipt.
• Item must be in new condition, undamaged and with all parts included within 7 days of purchase.
• Please note it is your responsibility  to return the item to Belly 2 Baby. Any costs that you may incurred to return the item is also your responsibility .
• Where you are entitled to a refund you will receive a full refund of the item/s you purchase.  We will not refund delivery/ freight charges. Refunds  take approx 10-12 working days to process.
• Order Payments are processed in real time ( when you put your order through). Order cancellations have $10 admin fee. This is deducted from monies paid prior to refunds being processed.
